Tow In

Built for Nazare speeds

Tow boards live in a different world of speed and chop, so the construction is built around damping. The deck and bottom each carry three layers of 6oz cloth, a carbon layer, then two more layers of 6oz.

A carbon patch joins the laminate, two thirds on the deck and one third on the bottom, placed to stop vibration under your stance. Fin plugs and footstrap plugs are glassed under the box so nothing moves when it matters.

The layup

Deck
6oz x 6oz x 6oz + carbon + 6oz x 6oz
Bottom
6oz x 6oz x 6oz + carbon + 6oz x 6oz
Damping
2/3 carbon patch on deck, 1/3 on bottom, under the stance
Hardware
Fin plugs and footstrap plugs glassed under box
