Board technology
A board is more than its outline. The construction decides how it flexes, how it recovers and how long it lives. Every Edu Shapes model can be built in the construction that matches your surfing, glassed in house so nothing leaves the workshop without Edu’s sign off.
Traditional PU The classic feel, tuned two ways Polyurethane foam and polyester resin, the construction surfing grew up on. Light and lively under your feet with the flex pattern most surfers know by heart.
Double Stripe Epoxy Carbon wrapped flex with fast recovery A double epoxy laminate with carbon straps running around bottom and deck. Loads up through a turn and snaps back instantly.
Epoxy T1 Traditional glassing, epoxy strength The same cloth schedule as a traditional board, laminated with epoxy resin. Stronger, lighter and ideal for guns.
Full Carbon Compressed Full carbon, compressed for pop The whole board glassed in carbon fibre using a compressed technique. A flex between epoxy and PU with an explosive pop off the tail. Video inside

Tell Edu how you surf and where. The right layup follows from that conversation, not from a chart.
